Am Transit Inn, Kuala Terengganu

The hotel provided a package of a room with Sahur which was very convenient for us, we didn’t have to go out from the room. Mr Nizam who was incharged at the reception counter was a very trustworthy employee, I left my iphone on the counter and by the time I reached the room, he called the room phone to acknowledge about my phone. The manager should consider this critical incident for his year end performance appraisal. Easy parking and short distance to the lift and room.

The superb location very close to the airport about 10 minutes walk. The hotel do provide airport transfer, just give them a call to pick you up. Clean, complete with lift, got nice restaurant that you can order your meal. Very basic yet accommodating. Centralised filtered water dispenser (COWAY)in case if you would like to have hot coffee or cold drinks, iron and iron board is clearly visible at the walk way that you can use. I like the fact the staff is very friendly and attentive to your request.

I LIKE THE VIEW FROM MY HOTEL..ITS AIRPORT TERENGGANU...I CAN SEE THE AEROPLANE LANE FROM MY ROOM..ITS AWESOME.....EASY TO FIND PARKING FOR MY CAR..THE STAFF IS VERY KINDFULL.....TQ SO MCH

Perfect as a transit hotel due to its location. Walking distance to the airport for those early morning flights out.

Perfect for us who depart early in the morning. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Transfer to airport was also provided.
