The superb location very close to the airport about 10 minutes walk. The hotel do provide airport transfer, just give them a call to pick you up. Clean, complete with lift, got nice restaurant that you can order your meal. Very basic yet accommodating. Centralised filtered water dispenser (COWAY)in case if you would like to have hot coffee or cold drinks, iron and iron board is clearly visible at the walk way that you can use. I like the fact the staff is very friendly and attentive to your request.

The hotel provided a package of a room with Sahur which was very convenient for us, we didn’t have to go out from the room. Mr Nizam who was incharged at the reception counter was a very trustworthy employee, I left my iphone on the counter and by the time I reached the room, he called the room phone to acknowledge about my phone. The manager should consider this critical incident for his year end performance appraisal. Easy parking and short distance to the lift and room.

The location of the hotel is just beside the airport. So, I go to the hotel just on my own. However, there are free shuttles to the airport if you need them. I do really enjoy the days at Kuala Terengganu. Jogging along the beach and Pasar Payang just around 9-10 km away from the hotel. The hotel also serve a good breakfast as well.
